House Rules
Check in time is after 3pm PST and Check out time is 11am PST, Early arrivals, when available will incur a $25.00 fee.
We have a strict non-smoking of any tobacco products of any kind and no pet policy on the entire property.
Damage deposit: A $250.00 damage deposit
The following are the rental provisions:
* No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

* No charges are incurred due to contraband, collection of rents or services rendered during
the stay.
* All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage bin provided on the back deck and Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and started before you check out..
* Requests to extend your stay must be request with 24 hours notice and paid in advance
* All Charges that are accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
* No linens are lost or damaged.
* Parking available for no more than two vehicles, additional vehicles or trailers must be authorized by management.
* The renter is not evicted by the owner (representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement due to unpaid rent or disregard for the rules. Damage will likely exceed the $250 security deposit if these rules are not adhered to.
Housekeeping Service and Maintenance Issues ;
Property Conditions. The Property is provided AS-IS, and we are not responsible – nor will you be provided with any discount – for the in-operability or unavailability of any amenities (including, without limitation, any phone or internet service, air conditioning, TVs, VCRs, DVDs or cable). You agree to contact us as soon as you notice any maintenance or housekeeping problem, or any potentially hazardous condition, at the property, or if any incident occurs at the Property that is related to such a problem or condition. We will take reasonable and appropriate steps to remedy any reported problem as soon as practical providing we may enter the Property at your invitation to remedy any problem you report, at reasonable times and with reasonable notice to inspect, maintain, or repair the Property, and to address any situation that we reasonably deem an emergency that threatens persons or property. We provide an initial supply of tissue, toilet paper, paper towels,
bath soap, laundry, dish detergent, clean bed linens, and towels. We do not replenish products during your stay .Two full sets of towels and bed linen are provided. Any issues of defective linen should be noted to the owner for replacement.
Rate Changes- Rates subject to change without notice except for rentals confirmed with
prepayment.
Tools and large recreational equipment
such as bicycles can be stored in the shed on the property, please do not bring them into the house.
No Subletting of any kind.
Falsified Reservations
- Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/0r rental money and the party will not be permitted to check in.
Indemnity: You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Company for all losses, damages, and claims for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss (including attorneys’ fees) resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of your Occupants, during your stay.
